Will-Call
Will-Call is a voice-activated nurse call access device that gives residents and care recipients a hands-free way to call for help through the nurse call system they already use.
It connects to existing nurse call systems and allows residents to request assistance using a simple spoken phrase.
No Wi-Fi. No Bluetooth. No app. No change to staff workflow.
When the resident says, “I need help,” Will-Call activates the nurse call system and provides an audible acknowledgement:
“Okay, I have called someone to help you.”
